Description

Cooking Instructions:
Oven roast at 200°c for 30 mins. Remove from oven & turn down to 140°c. Cover with foil and return to oven for 2hr per kilo

 

Tip: cut small slits in the beef and push in some garlic cloves, rosemary stalks, or other flavourful herbs. This will season the beef from the inside as it cooks.
