Description

Cooking Instructions:
Oil and season your meat. In a hot, dry pan, sear each side for approximately 1 minute until a nice crust forms, then reduce the heat to medium and cook for 3-5 mins each side, depending on thickness and preference; at this stage you can baste with butter and any herbs you wish. Rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
