2 Scottish pork loins, butterflied and wrapped around Donaldsons’ delicious Pear & Black Pudding sausage meat.

Cooking Instructions:
Brown quickly on the stove, place in an oven dish with 1/4 inch of beef stock, cover with foil and cook at 180°c until centre reaches a minimum temp of 76°c
