Hot Smoked Salmon

Following on from the success of the Smoked Beef and Whisky Ham, we decided that since we already sell fish in the shop, to turn our attention to hot and cold smoking salmon, a readily available product here in Orkney.

Adapting the knowledge gained to produce an artisan product of the highest quality led to spectacular results, gaining a place in the top 50 foods in Britain at the 2012 Great Taste Awards for our Hot Smoked Salmon. After final judging, it was awarded one of the 12 regional awards, naming it the Best Speciality Food in Scotland 2012.
